uniPAY Campaign Management System

uniPAY Campaign Management System is a module integrated with Innoviti's uniPAY reporting, transaction switch and host system for configuring, delivering and redeeming offers sent to customers. Promotions and offers can be set for customer micro-segments identified through the uniPAY Reporting System and can also be dispatched via Email/SMS to the customers identified in the segment. In case any vouchers have been enabled for the customer, these will be automatically set in the system and delivered to the customer either through Email, SMS or at the POS when they visit the store, depending upon marketing requirement. Finally, the vouchers getting redeemed will be recorded through the uniPAY EDC or POS Client and accordingly the campaign management system will update the campaign usage for reporting. This close-ending of the entire campaign system allows marketers to carry out targeted, measurable promotions. Campaigns can also be modified only to allow for easy prototyping and coarse correction.

Brand Collaboration Engine NEW : Innoviti's newly launched Brand Collaboration Engine, allows retailers to effectively collaborate with other synergestic partner brands in a targeted and measurable manner. Through the engine a retailer can carry out real-time acceptance of partner brand customer loyalty cards, provide recognition to these customers and target offers towards them. Further, loyalty points redemption of partner brand loyalty cards can be enabled. The engine accepts partner cards through a card swipe or scan mechanism providing for a fool-proof authentication with ability to monitor which customers availed the offers, where and when. Back-end reconciliation and settlement engine provides reporting to both brands on ROI from cross-brand promotion.

Email Reporting: Delivery report, bounce status, click-through report, unsubscribed customers
Campaign Reporting: Reporting of campaign delivery and usage. Setting of expected campaign response by number of redemptions, average and cumulative value of sales, by day, week and month, with comparison of actual achieved.
SMS Reporting: DND filtering, dispatch report, incoming receipt report
E-vouchers: Delivered through mobile, Email, physical print on bill, EDC, through bar-codes or numbers. Encrypted voucher number generation logic with online redemption through uniPAY POS/EDC Client.
Campaign Types: Alert based and hypothesis based campaigns, delivered in real-time or batch mode. Campaigns can be based on dates/time, SKU, location, demographic profile, purchase history (cumulative purchase, single purchase etc.) using the flexible marketing rule engine.
twitter Interface : Automatic twitting of marketing campaigns from campaign manager to brand twit. Retwits done can be monitored directly under uniPAY customer profile being maintained and also posted to customer support module. Further, brand manager and customer support can directly talk to followers through their management interfaces.
