Staff Card Program

Innoviti's uniPAY Marketing solution allows retailers to manage their Staff Card program on a turn-key basis to offer discounts and incentives to their staff. The solution comprises of a front-end uniPAY client that is integrated into either the retailer POS or a bank EDC (credit card swipe) machine for accepting the card transactions. At the back-end the uniPAY switch and host manage the card issuance and accounting.

How it works?

  • The issuance module is used to create staff cards, based on the creative of the brand. These cards by themselves don’t carry any value and are de-activated.
  • The uniPAY client (staff card) is deployed in the POS or EDC to accept staff cards. Initially H.R. department can issue the staff cards to their employees and it will be activated by swiping it on the POS/ EDC, first time.
  • Whenever employee purchases goods or services at their company's retail outlet, they can present the card which will be swiped on the POS/ EDC and based on total bill amount a pre-defined discount or incentive will be offered to the staff.
  • The H.R. team can view staff card reports in terms of cards used in the store.
