Innoviti adds Brand Collaboration Engine to uniPAY marketing system
Retailers can now collaborate with other synergestic partner brands to add value to each other's loyal customers through uniPAY's Brand Collaboration Engine . This engine allows electronic recognition of one brand's loyalty cards at other brand's outlets, helping them enhance customer loyalty and access new customers. The recognition is carried out through a swipe of a partner brand loyalty card on the retailer's POS system installed with a uniPAY client. The customer and their loyalty program is recognized by the engine through the card number and its BIN range. Based on pre-set rules this invokes delivery of customized promotions and their redemption. Since the recognition is electronic, it helps marketers control and measure the promotion usage.
