American Express and Innoviti Partner To Promote uniPAY For Retailers

American Express and Innoviti announced today that they have partnered to promote Innoviti's uniPAY payment solution
for retailers.

"American Express is proud to partner with Innoviti for deployment of the uniPAY product for retailers in India," said Sunil Sachdev, Vice President & Market Head, Merchant Services, India & Area Countries, American Express Banking Corp, India. "Innoviti's uniPAY is the first Centralized Payment Management Architecture in India for card acceptance in Organised Retail and its integration with American Express will allow retailers to cost effectively and efficiently accept American Express cards in their retail outlets," added Sunil.

uniPAY is a Centralized Payment Management Solution for retailers that helps them accept card payments at retail outlets in a cost-effective manner, through better utilization of communication and IT infrastructure, thereby driving efficiencies for the retailer and the acquiring bank.
