MagIC3 M-trueID-GPRS

MagIC M-trueID is a portable wireless biometric point-of-sale (PoS) system that allows biometric registration and verification for a wide variety of portable biometric applications such as financial inclusion (Microfinance, Insurance), law enforcement etc. The wireless capability of the system allows it to be used for online real-time transactions in the field. The MagIC M-trueID system is a wireless biometric enhancement of Gemalto's leading portable platform, the MagIC M platform. The system comprises of the terminal and associated software libraries on the platform that allow for a standard ISO-Minutiae (19794-2) fingerprint template stored on a smart card to be matched with a finger being presented on the scanner. Up to 10 fingers can be matched using a custom algorithm providing for increased levels of security and convenience.
