easiRewards EDC Client
The easiRewards EDC client component resides in an EDC machine and can co-exist with a standard credit/debit application on a bank EDC. When a consumer chooses to pay by credit/debit card, the appropriate application is invoked and it sends the payment transaction to the bank through uniPAY. In case of any other kind of transaction initiation the marketing application is invoked and the transaction sent to uniPAY. The front-end system can accept voucher numbers, mobile numbers and card swipes as user inputs to allow for all kinds of marketing services to be delivered.
