Shantanu
is the Business Development Partner (Asia) for Amadeus Capital Partners
Limited. Shantanu joined the firm in 2001 and since January 2005 has
focused on supporting the efforts of Amadeus’ portfolio
companies
doing business in Asia, while also exploring possibilities for
establishing strategic venture capital partnerships in the region.
At Amadeus, Shantanu has shepherded a number of investments for the firm including: Power Paper, which produces thin and flexible batteries known as micro-power source technology; Solexa, which is developing ultra-high throughput DNA sequencing technology; Plastic Logic, which has developed a process for producing flexible plastic transistors for use in computer displays; and Red-M, a company that offers products and solutions in wireless security.
Before joining Amadeus, Shantanu was a strategy consultant working for Monitor Company in London. Prior to Monitor, he served in the Indian Foreign Service as a career diplomat for several years, including a 4-year stint in Japan.
A graduate in Computer Engineering from India, Shantanu is a

He holds an MBA from London Business School where he was a Chevening
Scholar.
Rajeev
as the CEO of Innoviti, brings with him rich experience in creating and
marketing communication products for international markets. Rajeev's
focus at Innoviti is positioning the company for growth in existing and
evolving markets. He started his career, designing radio transceivers
for Radio Astronomy Telescopes at the Raman Research Institute. He
continued work in the area of radio design for PMP Radio product at
C-DoT.
Rajeev joined Sasken in 1995 to head the DSP group which created a
business in the area of speech and communication technologies for
Sasken. From 1996 to 2002, Rajeev headed the ADSL and later Internet
Access Solutions Divisions of Sasken as Vice President and Head. Under
these programs, Sasken developed xDSL, VmailX and Internet Access
Platforms and licensed their technology worldwide to several companies.
Rajeev did his bachelor's from IIT, Bombay in 1990 in Electrical
Engineering and his Ph.D. in Signal Processing from IIT, Bombay in
1995. Rajeev has authored several international papers in the area of
signal and image processing and communications and has patents awarded
in the area of communications.
